We've started baking weekly around here as an activity. I get some goodies made for snack time and someone has fun pouring and mixing, I am continually surprised at what children are capable of as such an early age! I digress...muffins, I found this recipe via Lovely Mornings. The ingredient list was questionable to me at first but I was willing to give them a try. So very glad I did. They are moist, flavorful and they were eaten quite quickly around here.
